We are a growing company and regularly need additional staff to join us.

We are looking for:

Experience

• Proven track record in residential, commercial, or bespoke projects.
• Experience interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with first and second fix works, site builds, and finishing work.
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and standards.
• Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety requirements (e.g., PPE, safe tool use).
• Manual handling awareness and site safety compliance.
• Good problem-solving ability on-site.
• Strong communication and teamwork (able to coordinate with other trades).
• Attention to detail and high standard of workmanship.
• Time management and ability to work to deadlines.
• Reliability, punctuality, and professional conduct.
• Must be over 25 and hold a driving license (for insurance)

Social Responsibility

We understand the impact we have on the world, from the materials we use, the diesel we use, to the staff we employ to deliver projects. We take our social responsibility very seriously.

We decided right from the start to offset our carbon footprint generated by getting to jobs and travel in our vans and wagons. To date, we have planted over 2000 trees!

We also consider the materials we use. We don't mandate materials, but wherever an option has less impact on the environment, we recommend it. We also support local businesses where possible.
